Hi Ladies,
1. Sadly, my accommplishment this week was not to eat too many Christmas cookies (I couldn't resist the gingerbread and butter balls!)
2. Although I didn't eat nearly as well as I have been, I managed not to gain anything. Unfortunately I didn't lose anything either...tomorrow is another day.
3. I'm not sure if I look any different from week 1 to now but I feel better about how I look, I feel that my clothes are fitting a little looser and that has, in turn, made me more confident.
4. My goal for this week is to lose the final two pounds to reach my goal weight by increasing my exercise (number of times, and length of time working out).
Good luck everyone and have a great weekend!

Erin-
Yay! You're only two pounds away from your goal...woo hoo! Good luck this weekend!

Girls-
I will be posting my weight tomorrow...so sorry! I exercised this morning and got distracted after I got home and ate breakfast before weighing and I don't really feel like weighing AFTER breakfast!
I'll let you all know tomorrow!

Lori- Are you going to post your good news??

Hi Ladies. Good Job Erin! We'll see how good you did tomorrow Heather.
Ok I lost 2 more pounds. down to 127. I still ate pretty good and managed to exercise 2times this week instead of just one. I don't know that my body looks much different because I still can't fit the majority of my clothes but I do have more confidence in my ability to get back to a comfortable me. I had a real hard time getting back in shape after Derek. I think my problem then was thinking I could still eat everything without gaining like before him. Unfortunately, thats not real but at least now I know it. I'll get there, It helps to have supportive women around me and a husband who still thinks I'm beautiful. My goal for the week is two fold, more of the same with eating mostly good and exercising more. I am going to cheat a little at Josh's Christmas party and I won't get mad at myself since I know I'm gonna do it ahead of time :) Have a good week!!

Sorry, Ladies! I have been pretty swamped and kept forgetting to get on and post!
1. My accomplishment this week was to exercise 5 times! Woo hoo!
2. My weight lost was 2 pounds, which takes me down to 124.
3. I do feel so much better now that my clothes aren;t as tight and I can see my "before body" goal in sight. I also have just been so thankful for the health of my body. The Lord has really been convicting me that I need to be thankful for EVERY aspect of my healthy body. He gave me legs to run and taste buds to enjoy food. Oh, I and do in moderation. I just realized today that I no longer HAVE to eat the bag of M & M's in the cabinet. I can only eat a few and stop. My favorite are the rich, dark chocolate ones. And, I am learning to be more picky with what I eat, asking myself if I really want it or not! This journey really started four years ago, not just in the last 5 weeks. For the progress I can see, I am thankful.
4. My goal for this week...exercise 5 days, eat healthy, and lose 2-3 more pounds which will take me almost to my goal weight!

Love you all...this journey has been so good for me! I am happy to have my exercise buddy out of it all, too!!
