1. My greatest Hurdle has been we all have been sick, its hard to do much of anything when you are feeling bad let alone when you have a baby feeling bad.
2. Drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, airbornne, orange juice, trying to sleep:-)
3. Water, water, water
I am proud to say though that I have lost 4-5 lbs this lab:-) I was either 135 or 136 when I started, can't remember which one. Now I am 131.5, yeah!! I would like to be around 127, so 4-5 more pounds to go!!
Yay, Tawnya! You win lap 3!! Woo hoo!!
E-mail me and let me know which product worth up to $91 retail you want!
Have a wonderful day everyone!!
1. My greatest hurdle has been forgetting my priorities! I have fallen back into eating too much sugar and decided today that I wasn't feeling my best because of it!!
2. I have decided to get back on my original eating plan- lean protein, fruit/ veggies, no-fat dairy, complex carbs
3. My goal is more play time with my kids and hubby when he can!
Tawnya-way to go! Congrats on the lost pounds!
1. My greatest hurdle these past weeks has been eating everything that isn't nailed down! And I don't mean spinach & strawberries. :) I think today's post about emotional eating was written for me! (Thanks Heather!).
2. To overcome my hurdle of constant junk food consumption, I'm going through the pantry today and putting all the junk in a bag and sending it to Brian's office. Out of sight, hopefully, out of mind.
3. My goal this week is to eat 4 servings of fruits/veggies every day and no sweets.
Good luck everyone!
Wow, thanks Heather!! Keep it up everyone, you are all doing great:-)
