I took the test on RealAge.com and the results were sort of what I expected. The areas that are covered are Health, Habits, Relationships, Diet & Fitness. The two areas that I really need to work on are Relationships & Fitness. The others are OK, but I need alot of improvement.
My resolution is to work on the total package, not just the weight.
I have to keep focused on the fact that this challenge is about more that just losing weight. It's about having a healthy life both physically & spiritually.
Heather, your links on your blogs are really great. They give you alot of helpful information.
You're doing great, Elaine! Yes, total health is what is important...not just the number on the scale. Sometimes it is hard to focus on that, though!
Thank you for your encouragement! I am so glad that you're enjoying the links I post. I am praying for you and your success. Just keep going and don't expect that everyday is going to be perfect...just continue to take baby steps!
