2. The worst thing about this week is...when I am on vacation, I want to EAT a lot and sleep little!
3. The best thing I did for myself this week was stop and pray everyday. It really helps me focus and see where my priorities are! I have prayed for each one of you!
4. The worst thing I did for myself was I hardly exercised. It was REALLY hard to get up in the morning and exercise. Last night I went out for a 4 mile run with my dad. I realized that I really need to drink more water.
5. I am going to drink more water and continue to focus on whole grains and lean protein
By the way...Saturday I weighed 120!

3. Tell us the best thing you did for yourself this week...Refocused! I was being naughty becaue of the big game and kids being sick. I slid off track for a bit I weighed 174.6 this morning so I only lost .4 lbs! I deserved that!
4. Tell us the worst thing you did for yourself this week...I just ate a leftover homemade pepperoni roll Have to figure out how much points it cost me now! I'm just starving today!
5. What step are you going to take this week to be healthier? I've been working out holding Cara when she is fussy! Just lunges and squats! ahhh yes I am taking some ME time tonight and soaking in a hot bath!
The best thing this week was that I talked to Jaime several time. She called during the Super Bowl. She was going to watch some of it at 2:30 AM in Iraq (6:30 PM EST).
The worst thing this week was that I ate alot of junk watching the game...Pizza, chips & dip, cheese & crackers, cherry cobbler. I felt so full and bloated at the end of the night.
The best thing that I did for myself was get my hair done (cut & colored). Now the grey is gone!!
The worst thing this week was that I didn't get to the Y as much as I did the week before. There was just so much snow & ice in my parking lot that I had a difficult time getting out on Thurs. & Fri.
This is a new week so I am going to refocus on what I should be doing...eating healthy and exercising.
Sunday was just one of those days where food was there and I ate it. I gained 1 lb. so now I'm back to 183.
I haven't done much of anything good this week. I really need to get back on track. I guess I didnt do I bad I haven'y bought one single candy bar from my son even though I've been carrying the box around. I did do our taxes this week which is good that its done. I too got my hair colored and cut. Bye gray Roots :) I forget to weigh myself. I will and I'll get back. Have a lovely week.
