HealthyMahma's Fast Food Choices...

I know that fast food is not good for you. There have been so many news pieces about how it contributes to obesity, and the youth of today consumes way too much of it. This also leads to type2 diabetes in adults. So it is certainly best to avoid it as much as possible.

Heather, your choices sound very healthy to me. And by the way, I can identify with the ketchup on your baked potatoe. My brother use to put it on his mashed potatoes. I would totally gross me out, but I guess it's no different that puting it on your french fries.

I use to have a leaflet that had all of the dietary facts about fast food restaurants, but I can't find it. I was going to share it with you all.

Ok First I totally love Ketchup on a Bakey potato! That being said also Pico De Gallo is good. I wanted to add a few choices I make at each place if that is ok! Chik-FIl-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich is superb, and you can also get a fruit cup, instead of ice cream (although ice cream is great). You can also order Diet Lemonade made fresh! It is sweetend with splenda not aspartame. At Arby's I get the Jr. Roast beef and it is very filling! I know someone who works there and they always let me add lettuce, onio and tomato too! Tatses like a burger with no fat and added veggies. Lastly, only thing I will eat at McD's is the yogurt cup.

I like lite italian dressing on my baked potatoes. I also like the Wendy's chili. Chic Fil A's grilled chicken is sooo good with the wheat bun. Wish you all Healthy eating!
