My Shaklee Story

My Shaklee story started in July of 2007 when my son, Isaiah, was born. I had become very aware of all the toxins in the cleaning products I was using- thanks to all of the Parenting magazines I had been reading. I was concerned about how they’d affect Isaiah. My good friend, Kathryn, shared Shaklee with us and thought I’d love the cleaning products, but also thought the nutrition products would help my intestinal issues. I switched all of my vitamins over to Shaklee vitamins, which are made from whole foods & are 100% natural & I haven't had intestinal problems since.

I fell in love with the products and started using everything, when I found out I was going to have another baby. That meant I wouldn’t be working as many hours at the YMCA and my job as the church secretary was going to be too difficult with 2 babies. We needed a second income to help pay all of our bills.

As the checks have started growing, my husband and I have both gotten the bug for Shaklee. It has given me a chance to be at home with my kids, and I love what I’m doing. I absolutely LOVE building a Shaklee business.
