We are totally on the same page!! This morning I drank a little smoothie thing that had 1000% of the daily value of vitamin C in one serving...and there were two servings... So...I had 2000% in just that strawberry juice!! :)

It should, but watch out for added sugar!! My husband loves Shaklee's Vita C Chewables. It is the only supplement I can get him to take faithfully everyday because he loves the way they taste. So far, he hasn't gotten a cold!!
