1. Post pounds lost
2. Post your goal for this holiday weekend
- As we enjoy the feast tomorrow, let's not do anything that we'll regret.
- Be thankful for the abundance, but don't STUFF yourself if you're going to berate yourself the next day!
The day after Thanksgiving...post a victory! What did you do differently this year??
Happy Thanksgiving...
no matter what your situation, find something in your life to praise the Lord for!
What a great journey we're on!

Hi Ladies,
Happy Thanksgiving, enjoy yourselves tomorrow!
I didn't lose anything this week, but I didn't gain anything either. My goal for tomorrow is to eat a little bit of everything, but not go overboard, ha! If I'm feeling better, I'd like to get a workout or two in, also.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi, Girls!! I also didn't lose anything, but I didn't gain either. My goal for tomorrow is to enjoy the blessed day & not stuff myself. I want to feel like eating turkey and pumpkin pie for the next three days while I'm in Xenia! I LOVE pumkin pie with Cool Whip, but always leave the crust!! I hope to go running with my brother.
Erin- I missed you this morning on the elliptical! I hope you're feeling better! :)
Happy Thanksgiving, girls!!
Hi ladies. I finally did it, I lost 4 pounds!! I didn't believe my scale I even had Josh get on to see if it was right. It could just be some water weight but I'll take it. This gives me some major motivation to not over eat tomorrow. My goal for this weekend has nothing to do with physical health, its pertaining to the health of my wallet. My goal is to find some deals starting about 4am Friday.
Travel safe and enjoy all of your blessings. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!
Go, Amy!!! Woo hoo!! Water weight counts!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi everyone, I know this is friday and I am posting late. Before I post my weight and goals, I just want to share something with you all. My mom was diagnosed with cancer back in 2006, it was squamous cell rectal cancer and she was treated with chemo and radiation with a good prognosis. Everything has been fine, but recently she has been experiencing some strange symptoms in different areas of her body. To make a long story short, we are pretty sure the cancer is back, it has been located in the bone in her right upper arm, and we are having tests done to locate any other metastatic areas. She has been having shortness of breath, and has had 2 chest x-rays which haven't shown anything. I am sure we will have a PET scan done soon to look more closely, but right now she needs much prayer! Can I ask you ladies to please lift her up in prayer? Her name is Linda Wood. I have 3 little girls who are 9,6,and 3 and they love their Mamaw so much, I want her a part of their and my life for as long as possible! Thanks so much.
Okay, as of Wed, my weight was 126, which is 2 lbs lost. However I have not weighed since Thanksgiving (I don't have scales at home, I weigh at the doctor's office where I work), but I did pretty good for Thanksgiving. I did not indulge, but enjoyed a conservative portion of the Thanksgiving feast. I am back on my diet today. Even if I gained a pound or so back, that's okay. I am glad to be devoted to a healthier lifestyle of nutrition and exercise, I just feel better as a result of it. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
