Hi Heather,
Just thought I'd leave you a post. I haven't been blogging since my mom's illness was discovered, I have been so busy taking care of her. She has been so sick, her first round of chemo was so tough on her and has weakened her tremendously. I am trusting the Lord to bring her through this, but the journey to healing has gotten off to a rough start. Please keep her in your prayers, we need them desperately. Also, I want to thank you again for getting me better motivated at healthy living. I have actually exceeded my weight loss goal, I am at 119 lbs. I have actually lost 20 lbs since Aug.! Of course this all with a great deal of help from STRESS!!! Anyway, hope you all had a great Christmas, and have a happy new year! We love y'all,
