Weigh-In Week 6


Wow, girls, can you believe that our challenge is over?? It is kind of sad, but very exciting to know that we're starting the Christmas week out a little bit lighter! I was talking to a fellow "biggest loser" who said that her goal now is to not gain weight over the holidays. That is a great goal!

Are you ready for the final weigh-in? I will announce the winners tomorrow and get in touch with them, whomever they may be! If you know who you are, go to my website and choose your prize!

Hi Everyone,
1. My weight this week is still 122 and I haven't lost anything again this week. On the up side, I didn't gain anything this week, even though I indulged in cookies while I was making up some cookie trays! So I'm still 2 lbs. from my goal.
2. My total weight lost is 7 lbs
3. Something I enjoyed during this 6 week journey is my new walking/runing buddy at the Y...it's much less intimidating to exercise when you've got someone to talk to. I've learned that I can, in fact, lose weight; it's not impossible and I'm going to continue to try to obtain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Thank you Heather for putting this contest together; you've really helped me get on the right track! I'd definately be interested in doing another challenge in 2009!

Hey, girls!
1. My weight this week was 125, but I have to say..I know it is wrong, because I ate late last night at a party and I always wake up heavier when I do that! The great thing is that my pants are still getting looser on me!

2. My total weight lost is 11 pounds. I would still like to be 120, but I know it will come! I will get there.

3. I, too, enjoyed working out with my friend at the Y. It is so much fun to have someone to talk to while exercising. It definitely makes me miss it when I don't go!

Thank you all for joining in this challenge. You are great! I have had so much fun and look forward to more great things to come.

1.I weigh 128 today, which is a pound up from last week. I'm not making excuses but I am having my first real period since before getting pregnant. I too ate late last night.
2. I lost a total of 6 pounds an average of a pound a week. I will get to my goal of 122 then 118. I would like to try again in 2009.
3. I realized I can lose weight but I will have to exercise. DUH!!!
It helps to have other women to share struggles and successes with. Heather, all your effort is greatly appreciated. I enjoy reading your blog almost daily :)
