
It's a huge question, but my challenge to you is to ask it! Dream big....bigger than you ever have and ask God!

For those of us who know Jesus and have given our lives to Him, believing He came to save us from our sins, we our His children and He desires to give us what we ask for! He just wants us to ask! He owns "the cattle on a thousand hills"....there is nothing too great!
Ask for your kids.....
Ask for your husband...
Ask for your family...
Ask for your church....
Ask for your neighbors...
Ask for our country...
"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us" Ephesians 3:20

Right now, my weight loss goal of running a 10K in 19 weeks seems pretty impossible. Pauls verse for homechool this week is Phil 4:13, a verse we all know well but it is funny how it is ministring to me this week esp. when I am on the treadmill. It is hard to imagine that I will be able to run 6.1miles when right now I am gassed after 1.5 but I know that God's promises are true and that if we take the first step He will provide the strength to take the next step.
Take heart girls because the God we love and serve has already overcome all of these struggles and we can too...Keep the faith and remember that you are worth the time it takes you to be healthy. You are a daughter of the most High God and He desires for you to live an abundant and healthy life... Love to you all..Missy

It's funny, I wrote this blog a couple of days ago and read it again myself this morning and I thought, "Wow, this is right!" Why can't I live constantly in the reality that the God I serve and claim to give my life to is more powerful than anything I face. He can help me overcome every battle.
I want to live in that reality! Today has been a real challenge. I have wanted to eat EVERYTHING. And, I know it is because I am tired and this weather is making me feel blah. I am going to keep going and pressing onward.
I prayed for each one of you this morning. I pray that your day has been great....and, if there have been hardships, then something great is coming out of them! :) Love you all!
I watched Oprah today. Dr. Oz & Dr. Roisen were on. They talked about RealAge.com and other health related things. In the beginning of the show Oprah asked the audience & viewers to write down why they were worthy to make the time to take better care of themselves.
My answer was..I am worthy because God created me to be a perfect being in his eyes, and I have not been taking care of God's creation.
